Burt Hoagland began his mortgage career in 2012 doing primarily VA and FHA loans and quickly accelerated to becoming a top performer by 2014. He then moved on to a position primarily helping Veterans, and within the next year, he qualified for Intercap Lending's President's Club as one of the top 20% of the company. Never losing steam, by 2016, Burt was ranked in the Scotsman’s top 75 Loan Originators in the country, in which only a handful of loan officers from Utah were included. Burt prides himself on being honest and transparent, keeping the client’s interest as a top priority. Burt specializes in luxury real estate, nightly rental investments, and second homes.
