Meet Adam
Director of SalesI finished my undergraduate studies at the University of Utah graduating with two Bachelor's degrees- one in Russian and another in International Studies with a pre-law emphasis. My degrees provided me with a lot of key courses including business classes, business law, intercultural communications, and many others that I have been able to apply to my professional career as a real estate agent. While attending the University of Utah, I also played rugby on a club team that finished second in the nation twice and was ranked no lower than third while I was there. This experience helped me further develop traits of hard work, dedication, and the concept of teamwork in a large national arena.
I was first licensed in real estate in 2003 and was hired on to be the Office Manager of Time Real Estate and Development. Working as the office manager taught me the ins and outs of real estate and helped me to better understand the business through hands-on involvement in every transaction that came through the company. Throughout the years, I have been able to work in every aspect of real estate from Residential, Vacant Land Developments, and Commercial to industrial and multi-unit investments.
2008 brought some great changes for me as I finished the state requirements to become a Real Estate Broker. The education provided me with a new outlook on the profession and I soon took over as the managing Principal Broker and became a part-owner of Time Real Estate and Development.
I find it extremely rewarding to help people with their real estate needs and questions. During the real estate process, there are many different things that could go wrong, and through continuing education, I work to make sure these inconveniences don't become your problems.
